I was experiencing terrible neck pain while on vacation in Orange Beach over New Year's. The thought of going another several days feeling like I had a knife in my back was unbearable, so I started looking for help. To my delight, Michelle could work me in that morning and Dr.Snellgrove put me to rights very quickly. It was good to hear that my spine was in good shape, and now, a couple of days later, the inflammation is gone and my aligned neck can settle down. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Nikki! The best experience I have ever had with a chiropractor and the staff! As soon as I walked in the door, they greeted me by name and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Nikki took the time to get to explain everything in great detail about the issues I was experiencing and what our plan would be moving forward. They had such a thoughtful welcoming for me in the room (my favorite drink and a welcome board with my name). I felt as if I mattered to them and I wasn't just another patient. It's the little things that really make a difference. Thank you Dr. Nikki and staff!!
