I received a bill for $648 and I am in complete shock. Every since ownership changed, I've had the run around checking out. The first few visits the person up front insisted my insurance covered my visit except for a copay which I paid what she wanted, I said no it doesn't I've always paid the $55 or whatever it is for the adjustment. Eventually, I was told that my insurance did not have a copay but that since they told me wrong it had been decided to waive the unpaid money additional to the copay. So all visits after that I paid the 55 adjustment fee. The time before last the girl said I owed $90 because I had not been in more than three months. June 30-Sept 29 is not more than 3 months, but she said she'd file on insurance but we all know this already, no copay or anything. So now we are to last week where going in I figure I am going to have to argue the $90 from last time, but no I go up front to check out and the girl says I have a zero balance and don't owe a thing even for that day. The following day or two after that, I get a bill emailed to me for $648 after I'm told I have a zero balance. I don't know what in the world is going on and I am absolutely certain I don't owe $648...I can't even open the bill because it requires a statement reference number that isn't in the email 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm about ready to take my business elsewhere, I tried to call last week. No answer, left a vm, didn't get a call back. Texted via the text button on the website, no reply. You can surely imagine the panic receiving that bill when I know it's a mistake and when I have been told I don't have a balance as well as the no reply. Update: I would be very careful and check what is being filed. I have always paid $55 period. Looks like now we are charging multiple charges per visit. $200-$300. Never has a receipt or printout been given at checkout to even have a heads up of what’s happening. I can’t believe someone would do business this way or treat customers this way.

I went here; because a friend recommended me to them. The energy and Doctor I had (Dr. Carrol) was amazing. Well; he recently left; and I gave the other Doctor, (Dr. Kevin) a shot; I felt worse coming out of the office than I did going in; and that’s never happened to me before; in my history of getting adjusted. The energy was also completely off; and seemed very dark, creepy, tense, and unwelcoming. Don’t think I will be ever going back here.

Dr Spencer is very good at what he does. He listens and is very knowledgeable. I've gone to different chiropractors over the years in different places I've lived and his adjustments are very gentle. He doesn't apply more pressure than necessary and it's very comfortable. He can fix you up when you're in a very painful spot. I've already recommended him to a friend of mine.

New to the area of Farmington and was referred by a friend to Dr. Spencer. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They are always great about getting clients in within a timely manner and answering any questions we may have. With our insurance, adjustments are very reasonable and since we starting going on a monthly basis my husband and I have seen a huge difference. My husband has always complained of back pain and Dr. Spencer actually discovered why through x-rays! We were also given take home exercises to help improve/remedy further spinal issues. Thank you to the staff at The Wellness Center! If you are looking for an excellent chiropractor go see em!!
