Dr Crystal is great. She listens to my needs at each appointment and my adjustments are decreasing my neck pain. She also gave me exercises to help strengthen the neck muscles. I loved my previous Chiro, but she moved over 10 years ago, so I was hesitant to choose a new one. Her reviews were awesome. Also, most that I called in the Goleta area do not take insurance, she does. Highly recommend.

I walked in and was immediately at ease! There were Halloween decorations , organic gummy bears for the trick-or-treaters… staff was friendly, kind and there was lots of laughter. I was sent by my super- healthy 83 year-old yoga teacher as I haven’t been able to exercise for over a month. I was recently hospitalized with a severe pneumonia. Crystal is a remarkable people-reader, intuitive. She immediately knew the treatments I needed and proceeded to take care of my stiff neck, my stressed shoulders, my completely-out of-wack, non- aligned stress-filled body. I felt so great when I walked out… So cared for and healed.
