I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tracy Ta. She has been my chiropractor for several months and has helped me with a variety of techniques, including adjustments, exercises and massage. She’s very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for patient care and clearly loves and excels at her work. She is able to treat a wide range of conditions and is also clear and straightforward at communicating when a condition is best treated elsewhere. My pain level has reduced a lot throughout my time having appointments with Tracy.

I’ve seen both Dr. Leanna and Dr. Tracy and they are incredible! They both helped me with sports related injuries, but I’d say each have a specialty so maybe call ahead and see who is the best match for you. Dr. Tracy is a fantastic chiropractor, and I recommend her to anyone and everyone who even somewhat complains about something hurting or feeling off. I've been seeing Dr. Tracy for a few years now, and what sets her apart from any other chiro I've seen is that she fundamentally and holistically understands how everything is connected in the human body. I genuinely appreciate her more conservative approach when it comes to adjustments, prioritizing safe recovery rather than quick fixing (although even then, her fixes ARE quick and miraculous). Dr. Tracy also will give you pointers on 1) how to keep recovering at home and 2) how to rebuild strength to prevent injuries from happening again. She's helped me through many injuries from sports, general clumsiness, life progression things, etc. And if that's not enough to convince you, Dr. Tracy actively continues to learn more about chiropractic care and attends lectures and conferences to stay up to date on all of the things. At this point I go to Dr. Tracy for nearly every physical ailment that doesn't require a prescription medication. Make your appointment with her today!!
