I can’t say enough good things about iSpine health and Dr. A. They have helped reduce my intense, chronic pain to almost nonexistent, which I honestly never thought would be possible. The care here is not only effective…it’s deeply kind. Despite being in pain when I first started, I always looked forward to my appointments because of how supported and cared for I felt. Jennifer is absolutely amazing, and both she and Dr. A truly treat me like family. I’m blown away by my progress and beyond grateful. I was initially skeptical of all the glowing reviews, but I can now say they are completely true. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Where do I start? I received an invitation to Dr. Al-Selhi’s Arthritis Seminar in mid- November 2024. I was initially at my whit’s end in finding relief for my progressive back pain. I was switching from my cane to my walker on a regular basis. I had attended countless lower back injections that only temporarily subsided my severe spinal pain. I was giving up hope because since 2016 I’d done so much to attempt to regain some normal mobility and comfort to no avail. Although I was reluctant to believe Dr. Al-Selhi could help me, but I agreed to follow through with the treatments he recommended in late November 2024. Wow!!! What a blessing. I have NO regrets. I’ve completed all the recommended sessions and I’m currently in the early stages of my maintenance plan. To date, May 2025, I have NO back pain. I can move freely. Surely I’m not a young whipper snapper, but at 70+ I feel so grateful to be mobile. I’m not using my cane anymore. I’m making every effort to be active 5 times a week or more, eating healthier, feeling awakened from my depressed situation. I can’t thank Dr. Al-Selhi enough for giving me purpose to continue to enjoy moving forward in my beautiful life.

I’m 52 years old and I was having pain on my neck and shoulders. I had arthritis and my cartilage was damaged. When I was starting my treatment I was feeling sad and hopeless. And I couldn’t do simple house keeping. And everyday I would wake up with pain in my hands. The pain in my hands neck and back stoped. Dr. Fadi Al-Silhi is amazing. I initially saw him in September 2024 with a 10mm disc herniation and pain so bad that I could barely walk. I had been on bed rest for 4 weeks and couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes due to sciatic pain. I saw him and his amazing assistant Jennifer 3x a week for treatment. After 4 months of treatment I got my repeat MRI today and my herniation has completely disappeared. The pain has even significantly reduced and I am now able to live a normal life. Thank you Jennifer and Doctor Fadi.

I am a 69-year-old male, 6 feet 220lbs, I have been unable to be on my feet for more than 4 to 5 hours without taking pain medication since 2005. Every time I quit taking medication the pain would always return and I would go back to taking pain medication. I also started having terrible balance. I started using a cane to get around. In September of 2023, I attended one of Dr Al-Selhi's seminars. I decided to start treatment. The treatment consisted of decompression on the lower spine, laser treatment for the lower spine and both feet, a diet plan, and three simple balance exercises. Within three weeks I noticed an improvement. After completing my treatment in November of 2023 My back and foot pain was gone and I am no longer taking any pain medication my balance is very much improved and I no longer use a cane.
