I injured my back foam rolling and had serious burning, numbing, and spasms shooting out from the center of my back, to my arms, shoulders, ribs, and especially along the left side of my spine. I had visited my normal Dr. at Kaiser Permanente, and all he told me to do was stretch and that "you will be fine, you're young." No assessment, no X-rays. And sure, to his benefit I'm 24 years old, but after years of sports and weight training, I know my body pretty well, and intuition told me something may be seriously messed up. When I visited the Mission Valley Chiropractor, Dr. Mark Rawlings, he assessed my back, and within several minutes, identified exactly what happened. He mentioned that two of my vertebrae had shifted to an anterior tilt, and they were not properly aligned. As I was adjusted I could feel immense relief through my entire body. After the alignment, he helped release some of the inflamed muscle and tissue around the area, which gave me even further relief. I was very impressed and pleased with Dr Rawlings. I don't typically make write my reviews this thorough, but if you're looking for a highly experienced and certified Chiropractor in San Diego, Dr Rawlings is an excellent chiropractor that you need to go and see!

Loved Dr Rawlings! One of my best experiences with a chiropractor. He was able to figure out a pain issue that doctors couldn't and alleviated my pain by tenfold.
