Truly incredible people and service at OB Family Chiropractic . Such an amazing hidden gem in Ocean Beach that has been a family business since i was a little kid in the 90’s! Doctor Kayla Ambert is extremely passionate and skilled in connecting with her patients and keeping them on a weekly routine that specializes in her patients needs. She is especially wonderful with pregnancies and after child birth care and she really makes it feel like a special family environment that cares about you and your children. Dr. Kayla is amazing! I took my newborn in because she was having latching issues on one side, and we've seen a huge improvement. Dr. Kayla took the time to get to know us, our birth story, and gave great advice on things we could do at home to support healthy function for both me and baby. After a long labor and hunched posture with nursing, I also decided to get adjusted and I am feeling great. I also love that she has walk in hours- this is key with newborn schedules. I wish I had found her during my pregnancy, but so grateful to be seeing her now!!

I found OB Family Chiropractic when I was pregnant and my neck and back were all out of alignment and my sciatica was a mess. Dr. Tanner and Dr. Kayla helped me and got me to a place where I wasn't in constant pain and I loved it. After my 2nd pregnancy, I had more neck and back pains, and I've been seeing them pretty consistently for over 3 years now. They are amazing - they listen to you, help get you aligned and provide suggestions on stretches and exercises on the foam roller to help support you while home. I love the ease of their walk in clinics in the morning, and making appointments for Saturdays or afternoons are super easy! They are a child friendly office - I bring my 6 yr old and she loves getting adjusted by Dr. Kayla! My 3 yr old just loves the toys and doesn't want to leave when we're done!! The initial consult isn't tedious and I feel like the prices are reasonable. I definitely feel a huge difference in my body and ability to move when I've seen Dr. Kayla or Dr. Tanner! They're the best!

OB Family Chiropractic is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to them for 3 years. During the time I was pregnant and during postpartum especially, it was such a blessing. I had a very colicky newborn and after his first adjustment with Kayla we all got more sleep and felt much more aligned in our bodies. My son is 2 and I still bring him in for adjustments regularly, it makes such a difference in his mood and sleep. Kayla has become an amazing friend, she is so knowledgeable and supportive. Not to mention she is great with babies and kiddos as well. I’ve been going to chiropractors off and on since I was 12 (as well as having worked in a chiropractic office a few years back) and Kayla is honestly the best. The office is very kid friendly with books and toys. Being able to bring my son in with me was amazing, especially early on in motherhood. We LOVE OB Family Chiropractic! ❤️
