Initially, I visited Dr. Spritz to alleviate severe lower back pain and fears of suffering from further injury while working out/training. She made me feel so comfortable right away and intently listened to my history, reservations with certain movements, etc. I've been working with Dr. Shpritz for 8 months and every visit is the highlight of my day. Not only is my lower back pain gone, but my confidence in training is stronger and I have a new consciousness for everyday movements and activity to strengthen my core & back! I've been going to Dr. Shpritz for several months now though a referral from a friend (I switched over from another chiropractor). Helaine is amazing! She listens to your needs and designs her treatment / adjustments accordingly. She follows up to make sure that everything is going well, and is available in a short time if I need to come in. Recently, I've been working with Jenevieve to work through some tough areas on my upper back, and it was been a wonderful experience - no pain no gain! It's not just a chiropractor's office, everyone is warm - it's like visiting friends.

I don't ever hope for an injury but Chris (Dr. Arroyo) has been helping me feel better consistently for 3 years now, so much so that I welcome any pain that gives me an excuse to come back for another adjustment. He texts me when it's been a few weeks between appointments to check in and get me back on the calendar and is always kind, gentle and skilled with his work. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients and that friendly and accommodating attitude is extended beyond him to include Jenevieve and Dr. Shpritz as well. If I could tell everyone to come here, I would! They really are just the best all around.
