I called the office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. When they returned my call I was told that there is a $75 dollar deposit to hold the appointment and a $75 fee for a scan that’s not paid for by insurance. They wanted a credit card which had a 4% fee or Zelle. I ended up not making the appointment as it didn’t feel legit.
