A welcoming small location with a relaxed front office. Professional at first glance, but when REAL work needs to be done it’s actually non existent. Why keep files for 5yrs if it takes over a month to access them and then are they’re incomplete with gapped information. 🧐 Well the law firm cut your check doc and your office staff got paid. But my reimbursements won’t be due to organization and client request importance. 👏

This review doesn't have enough stars ✨️ that I would love to give, Pacific coast chiropractic deserves so many more. Dr. Sue Lim and staff are amazing and gets the work done. I'm glad My child and myself recieved treatment at this chiropractic office. Highly recommend it .

I have come to know Dr. Lim and her staff as my second family. With over a year of back and neck injuries following an auto accident. One in which nobody would accept responsibility and a slammed door in your face senario from the insurance company. I can honestly say, I discovered the meaning of depression, selflessness, and brokenness. With back and neck injuries I found desperattion . Unable to work broke and severely in need therapy a friend refered me to Pacific Coast Chiropractic's office. Where I met Dr. Lim. My health came first with Dr. Lim and it never changed. Explaining I was broke and in dire need of spinal injury relief, she allowed me to come in for treatment putting my finances on the back burner. In addition, she has given my fiancee the same courtesy. Something we will forever grateful for. Our finances have picked up and we are forever in this doctors Grace's.
