Been coming to Cedar Pointe for about 2 months now. Loving my results and the sessions after my car crash in November. The staff is always so friendly. I can't stress enough how little I felt they cared about my well being and how I was feeling. My first visit I filled out paperwork and then talked to the "Doctor" who seems to wear normal jeans and shirts while the rest of the staff wear scrubs by the way and then sent me home without looking or even trying to see what hurt on my body. The second visit they had me show up and go into a small room with 2 TV's and watch 2 videos on different stretches to do and then had me sit for 15 minutes with a tens unit on my back and sit in a run down beat up massage chair that creaks and has no padding on the back and the foot spots have no fabric left on them because of how old and used they are and after that they said I was free to go and sent me home. Then my third visit they had me do the same stretches and sit in the same crappy chair with the tens unit on my neck which was feeling tight from the car accident I was in but then after that the "Doctor" saw me this time and he said he was going to do an adjustment on me and told me to lay on my side on the bed and he proceeded to man handle me and force me to twist past my point of comfort and did pop my back and then my neck and again my back and neck are tight and forced my head fast and hard without being gentle and made my neck hurt worse and stiffen up super tight now and "adjusted" me and said he was finished within 1 minute of the visit with him. I was greatly disappointed that this happened because I was expecting to be looked at closer and be more gentle and take his time but all I felt was like they didn't care and wanted me in and out so they can get paid by the insurance company. Beware of visiting here. It's a waste of time and I 100% would not recommend this place!

Everyone here is so welcoming and so nice! The place is beautiful and I love how I am treated here and I feel like I am heard when it comes to my injury, so I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs chiropractor services. They’re all freaking AMAZING! Thank you for being so kind and gentle with me and my care!

I had a pleasant experience at Cedarpointe. Treatment is simple to follow in terms of exercise and therapy. The staff here are amazingly friendly, especially Alex. He is a kind, young man and his professional and work ethic are excellent and admirable. He was extremely helpful in the months I was there. The lady working in the front desk is also extremely sweet. The office is well maintained and the service is great.

The staff is always so warm and welcoming when I come in. They are very professional and the building and equipment is clean and well kept. Cedar Pointe has helped me in my recovery process and I am very thankful for the time they have put in with me. The doctor also takes his time to listen to you and your areas of concern and he always leaves me feeling my best.
