Dr Tim and his staff, Vicky for Therapeutic Message and Lisa Sugar for Trigger Point Injections, have given me my life back! I am so grateful for their expert help in getting me pain free! I have a 20+ year old neck and back injury that causes my neck and should muscles to flare up and knot and my hips get out of alignment. I used to sit at my desk and cry in pain but no more! I was pleased initially with my treatment at Dr. Ciolkosz's office; however, things have since gone south. I had to stop my treatments because of a blatant disregard for mask-wearing in the office (in the middle of the Delta surge, including from employees who were (self-proclaimed) anti-vaxxers. After I canceled my remaining appointments, my credit card was charged $250. I called immediately to have the money refunded, and was told they needed to get the EOBs from my insurance first. I know for a fact I did not use the $1000 in cash I was charged over my 6-week tenure in their office. Throughout my time there, I asked for a detailed list of my specific charges multiple times, and never received one. I have called several times, with no response as to my refund. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get my money back. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this office.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible! ! I have arthritis in my hands and my right thumb was so bad I could not open anything and it was very painful, I had tried Voteran which was suppose to help along with arthritis strength Tylenol, with minimum relief. I went to see Dr Tim and he did a laser treatment on my right thumb that took under 10 minutes, it was a warm feeling and I wasn’t sure this was going to help. I couldn’t have been more wrong! It has been several months pain free, now I know where to go to get relief, Thank you Dr Tim!!
