Raise and Alex were so helpful getting me signed back into the joint after a couple years away. Raise explained many new plans, perks and spoke about past treatments throughly. Having my consultation and adjustment done with Dr. Sam was as amazing as I expected. I am so happy to get in with him again. He always knows how to get under my shoulder blade where most of my pain comes from. He is very knowledgeable and always tells you what he feels needs treatment and explains why and how. On arrival the young lady as pleasant and asked for ID, she made a copy and asked me to fill out online form. Then she gave me a paper to complete. 3 questions on form were am I eligible for MCR, do I have an open MV or Work Comp case. When I answered yes to work comp she said I can’t be seen! I went in to explain that the claim is NYS and not related to my issues today!! She went back to speak with provider who said no!! I find no info in website with regard!! They had no concern for my issues at all!!

My husband had a great visit with Dr. Dylan. His shoulder pain was much better and he was able to turn his neck without difficulty. Raisa at the front desk was very helpful as well in getting us set up with the monthly membership.
