Worst place I’ve ever been to. Front desk is incapable of making appointments. In a span of six weeks they could not find my appointments on the computer even with the print out they gave me. The front desk is rude and indifferent. Will never go back there and I advise other patients to stay away.

I have been a patient at Mote Wellness and Rehab over the span of several years for different issues. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, physical therapists, and Dr. Mote. The entire environment is friendly, warm, and kind. When I walk through the door I am greeted by name, and with a smile, which is something you rarely encounter these days. Unlike other physical therapy practices that share your session time with 2 or 3 patients, at this facility you receive undivided attention from a qualified, caring, and compassionate physical therapist. Not only have the physical therapists worked with my physical injuries, they were also so supportive in helping my husband regain his strength and balance after undergoing chemotherapy. I recently became a patient of Dr. David Mote after my former Chiropractor retired. Dr. Mote's many years in practice is reflected by his approach to individualized treatment. For me, a few treatment modalities and adjustments were needed to resolve the issue, without the need for excessive ongoing appointments. If you are reading reviews, then you are probably looking to see if this is the place for you. Trust me (and my orthopedist who referred me) you can stop searching now.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. David Mote and his exceptional team at Mote Wellness and Rehab in Boynton Beach. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in the right place for my back pain. Dr. Mote and his staff (from Sara and Adela at the front desk to Chiro/PT techs Cassie and Steve) are not just professionals; they are like a caring family dedicated to their patients' well-being. Dr. Mote's expertise and dedication to his art and patients are truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to my needs. His extensive knowledge of chiropractic care and therapeutic techniques will instill confidence from the start. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Mote utilized a variety of classic techniques and newer therapeutic modalities to address my back pain effectively. His comprehensive approach alleviated all my symptoms, and without any of the sort of lengthy courses of treatment for which many other chiropractors are so well known. What truly impressed me was the level of care and attention to detail that Dr. Mote and his team demonstrated at every step of my treatment, but what most sets Mote Wellness and Rehab apart is the warm and friendly atmosphere they create. Unlike typical medical offices, I felt welcomed and valued as soon as I entered. The staff's genuine concern for my comfort and progress made each visit feel like a positive experience, from the start. Thanks to Dr. Mote and his highly talented staff, I am now free from chronic back pain. I should also mention that while I didn't personally avail myself of their Physical Therapy facilities, it is instructive to know that the practice also maintains a comprehensive and fully staffed PT clinic and gym, which includes an on-site aquatic therapy pool. Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident. Fortunately I was referred to Dr. Mote Wellness and Rehab center in Boynton Beach. With physical therapy, I was able to feel like myself again. The staff from the front desk to the rehab center in the back are incredible. Everyone treats you like family, which is helpful when you are in pain. I highly recommend Mote Wellness and Rehab Center.
