10/10 would recommend. I can’t say enough about Dr. Matt and Brittany and the environment they have created at Fortitude Family. As soon as you walk in the office you feel comfortable and cared for. They don’t hesitate to answer any and all questions and explain everything they are doing from start to finish. Their focus on teaching and nervous system work is unparalleled. Fortitude Family Chiropractic is AMAZING!! Matt Rauco put me back together after a car accident, and his wife Brittany made sure that all of my paperwork was filed quickly and accurately. They were even able to take X-rays on site to assess how the accident affected my body. They make a fantastic team. I came to their practice to get my back adjusted, but I’ve stayed because they make everyone feel like family. Moreover, this is a family-friendly practice, and I know this because the Raucos have consistently welcomed our kids during our visits with kindness and laughter, and they also have a kid corner that will give your children something to do during your visit. I’ve been to several chiropractors in Jax, and they’ve all been good. However, some don’t accept insurance while others can’t submit insurance claims without it becoming a nightmare. That’s where Fortitude is different. Taking care of yourself can be hard, but Fortitude Family Chiropractic helps make it a little bit easier. I’m grateful for the Raucos, and I believe they will continue to be a blessing to the community for decades to come.

As a reformed chiropractor skeptic- I cannot recommend FFC more! My whole family loves coming in (even my autistic kiddo). I love this place. Dr Matt has helped me tremendously with my neck and back pain. He has helped me to correct my poor posture and helped with my muscle tension. His wife Brittany is a wonderful and joyful person. I love her happy greetings when you walk in. All smiles ever visit. If you need help with your neck,back or other alignment issues this is the place to go and the wonderful people to see.

If you're looking for a new quiropráctic technique, I recommend 100% to come here!!! This is a family practice for Quiropráctic that make you feel as part of their family. The Dr is very patient and a good listener of your concerns. Brittany is very detail oriented since you step at the door and work with your schedules and your pocket. She will find a way to you be able to do your therapies. Definitely the best decision I made is to come here.
