I came into the office with lots of hip pain. I recently moved back to the area from Indiana and had to find a chiropractor. I took a chance and found Drs. Pierce on google reviews and let me tell you, this office is more than 5 stars! The staff are friendly and personal. They truly care about your health and really get to know you in a genuine way. I 100% recommend Dr. Pierce and his entire staff. I’m feeling better than I ever have with their way of chiropractic care.

NOT RECOMMENDED. My wife scheduled an appointment and verified all of the insurance information over the phone as well as confirming all of the details. When she went for the appointment, however, the experience with the front desk was awful. Horrible first impression and we ended up walking out because the service was so bad. I had to laugh at the owner's response below that they "strive to provide the best care possible." They didn't strive to do anything except deliver the worst experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have been a patient at Anodyne, now Physical Healthcare of Jacksonville, since 2017. I first sought out this office for my lower back and sciatic issues, then a few years later was involved in an auto accident that totaled my car. The doctors here are the reason I am able to be pain free everyday. The front office staff is very personable and was able to answer every question I had. I will continue to receive treatment here because of the wonderful doctors and staff that make me feel less like a patient and more like part of a family.
