Dr. Mack and his team treated me with compassion and respect. When I began treatment I was in constant pain. Doing the therapeutic exercises helped me get back to health. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kenneth Mack is the worst chiropractor in Brevard county. The minute I met him, he was arrogant, non personable, and to me he don't have time to hear about my backproblems. He made me feel so uncomfortable. I would not recommend him to family or Friends.

If the VA schedules you evaluation here, insist on going elseware. Anywhere but here. They already have you evaluated before you even show up. And believe me, it is NOT in your favor. I have been there three times over the last three years and from the eval they sent the VA, I am a track star. Save your time and go anywhere else but here. This outfit will never get the coveted "Boosh Wookie Seal of Approval."

I would not recommend this particular office for treatment ment if you are a veteran. They made my appointment for a time right when they unlock their doors, without making me aware. Then when I called and questioned why the building was locked they informed me they opened at 2pm. I was informed when I made this appointment they opened at 9am in the morning. Needless to say they wanted me to wait in my car so they could lock themselves inside the building and eat lunch. Then when I didn't want to sign contract deeming me solely responsible for payment of the treatment ( this was to be paid in full by the veterans associations) the receptionist shouted at me to "get out!" I suffer from PTSD and this clinics receptionist "Gerard" is not good person to interact with if you also suffer. Needless to say I immediately called the veterans associations community care department and filed a complaint. If you are a veteran who suffers from PTSD stay away from this clinic because Gerard will most likely in advertently trigger your PTSD. Steer clear
