I went in with back pain that was spreading to my neck and shoulder, and Cristina immediately figured out it was muscle spasms and an irritated ligament. She did EMS, cupping, and pressure point therapy, and I felt real relief afterward. Dr Cristina is amazing. I had a minor adductor strain with tightness in my psoas and illiacus. The physical therapy clinic I used under my insurance was a joke. Just one session wit h Dr. Cristina and not only can I already tell she had the knowledge of a good therapist but more importantly the passion to help people in need.
