The Back and Neck Institute is a great place to go for any pain or injuries. The staff there welcomes you in and treat you like they've known you forever. Also, they show great concern for every new and current patient they meet. Oh yeah, there will never be a dulll moment with Mr. Stan, he has a new story story for you everyday. My experience there has been wonderful and I'd recommend to my friends and family.

I have been with the Back & Neck Institute at the Front Desk for 13 years. I absolutely love my job and my Patients! Not only am I a patient but my 3 kids are patients and I recommend all my family and friends! We will go out of our way to make sure you get the best care needed! We have a great Chiropractor, Medical and Physical Therapy staff that will work together in helping you get back to your normal routine!!

The staff is Awesome! So friendly and nice!! Dr Joe is the best! I feel like they genuinely care about me & how I am feeling. I had never been to a chiropractor before getting into my accident. I didn't know what to expect. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. If I missed an appointment, they called me because they were concerned more about me than they cared about a missed appointment - at least that's how I felt - "Are you okay?" was the first thing I was asked! I wish I had never got hurt in the accident but this entire office makes me look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend The Back and Neck Institute and the great staff. ❤

Both my husband and I had been suffering from back and neck pain for some time. We saw the commercial on TV and decided to call, and we are so pleased that we did. It turns out that we have had the best care and have been treated by the best staff any facility can have. The doctors are also wonderful and very compassionate. We feel much better now (at least 80% better) that we have gone through the treatments than when we first started. We will recommend this clinic to family and friends.

Dr. Warfield and his staff are simply amazing: they're extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind - I have been to several other chiropractic facilities, but this is by far the best from all aspects! They were able to minimize my low back pain through extensive chiropractic and physical therapy treatments, all the while being kind, honest and helpful - what else could someone (with a back pain) ask for? I love going there - they make me feel like family...I certainly recommend this medical facility to anyone with back and/or neck pain!
