The star would be a 2 if Dr Sweeney wasn't great as what he does. Front desk lady got to involved in my personal life and interfered in a conversation I had with a patient. Also when they set me up for MRI, just like the lady who gave the 1stat review, the guy was on his phone or tablet and it was loud during my MRI also they didn't take the full MRI so I had to come back. I wonder if that's done on purpose to collect money through the insurance claim they know we're getting by charging us twice?? And I never got the copy of that MRI.

I have found friendship in Ace Medical Colonial, I love these people and enjoy coming to my therapy sessions. You guys are an amazing group of people and I am grateful that we have crossed paths and made the best out of a bad situation. I came here in pain, frustrated & feeling upset and I am leaving here today, happy & eager to come back to visit my friends ! Melissa, Dr. Sweeney, Simone & Sam thank you guys for being an amazing team. Once my case is over I will be coming back as a self pay patient, I enjoy my time and my care here at Ace medical colonial office. I had an amazing experience at Ace Medical. I’ve been going for a few months now and everyone is so accommodating and became like a second family to me. Mel works reception and she’s always been so welcoming and helped manage the many reschedulings I had to do. Sam and Simone were always there to help me through the exercises and were always concerned of my well being. Adnely down at their MRI office was great and helped me through that process as well, making sure I was comfortable and held a conversation with me to help calm my nerves. The entire team works together well and it shows in their patient care!

Great staff super friendly and happy. Simone is there to take care of you and always knows just how to make you feel comfortable and help you when you are in pain. Melissa is the best point of contact for the office appointments. She helps me with scheduling and is very friendly and accommodating. Sam is also a staff member that cares and has been extremely helpful during my therapy with therapeutic exercise techniques. Aaron has been an asset in this area as well. Dr. Sweeney is the best and his work on your back really makes a difference as far as your range of motion and pain go. This office helped me at a time when I was feeling broken and overwhelmed. I am now on the road to recovery thanks to their support. #1 physical therapy place to heal in Florida
