I went to Dr. Karen when I was extremely sick and suspected mold toxicity. During the initial consult, she seemed warm, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I even cried because I felt heard for the first time. She told me I would receive my lab orders by email when I got home, but I never did. I emailed her several times, first right after the appointment, then again a week later, and then every couple of months for nearly a year, and never received a single response. I paid over $550 for absolutely nothing in return. During our visit, I repeatedly told her that I believed I was suffering from mold toxicity, but she dismissed it and said we would “deal with this first.” She also gave me referral links for supplements that she would receive credit for, which felt like a sales pitch rather than genuine care. Had she listened and tested for mold like I asked, I could have avoided months of suffering and thousands of dollars in additional medical costs. Another doctor eventually confirmed that I do, in fact, have mold toxicity, something I’m still suffering from today. I would strongly advise against seeing Dr. Karen. She did not follow through, respond, or provide any of the promised testing. Compassion in the moment means nothing without accountability and action.

Dr. Karen is the rare doctor who will not only thoroughly listen to you, but will take the time to understand how your struggles with your health journey thus far have led you to her in the first place! After struggling with some surprise nervous system health issues and all the manifestations of this (headaches, irritability, gut health, etc.), I turned to Infinite Health and Wellness to help me get back to where I thrive. Dr. Karen's diagnostic tools were super helpful at pinpointing causes I had previously overlooked, and her own experiences with similar issues loaned much needed empathy to certain struggles I hadn't been able to describe to other doctors. She's great at holistic health, and able to orient you in the direction you have been wanting to go for months!

The staff is wonderful, friendly and the office is such a peaceful and inviting environment. Dr. Karen is truly amazing at what she does and she exhibits it with passion, dedication and results. I came to Dr. Karen because I had many things going on brain fog, a lot of hair loss, high iron, ringing in my head, pressure, retaining weight even though counting calories and exercising, nose bleeds only on my left side just to name a few and they were unexplainable and didn't make sense to me. Pretty much my whole life has been about fitness and good eating and I couldn't figure it out for the first time what was going on. My regular Dr. ran my blood and had a few explanations but nothing that guided me in anyway really. So I decided to come and see Dr. Karen and am I so happy I did!! She listens and takes note of your challenges explains things so clearly for you to understand about your body and how it all works and ties in to each other, I learned so much! Dr. Karen has identified what needs to be done, she has me on a plan and a lot of my symptoms have gotten better and I am starting to lose the weight and I look forward to a lifetime of continued success with my body being healthy and working right. She has me on my way to healing my body and getting all of my systems back into sync. Thank you Dr. Karen:) I wish I would have gone to her sooner as I wouldn't' have wasted time feeling miserable and not knowing what to do. Go see Dr. Karen your mind and body will thank and appreciate you! I'm a patient for life!!
