I made an appointment with Gabby over the phone. I went in for my appointment and filled out paperwork for an hour and a half and then told that I will not be seen. I paid for an Uber there and back and I should not have to pay for a ride when you cannot see me. Gabby was discriminatory and unprofessional when I called back about that problem. She would not allow me to speak to a manager and tried to talk to me out of complaining about how she handled that appointment. She also would not allow me to speak to her supervisor. I felt like I was treated improperly and very unprofessional.

Beware....this provider filed to our UHC after taking self pay payment. I called to speak with their practice manager as this is not ethical. Conveniently, she was out of the office and was told she would be in the next day. I asked for a call back to discuss, no surprise I did not get a call. I will be filing an official complaint with UHC.

I've been going to Dr. Ray Verrier since 1988 since a severe trauma injury. He's always able to pin point my problem, adjust my spine and give me appropriate advice and exercises to get me back to healthy status. I also appreciate that he does not hesitate to refer me to my GP or a specialist when he recognizes an issue outside his field of practice...Ron T.
