I went to see Dr. Patrick because of what I thought was tendonitis in my arm. At least, everyone else that ever treated me for the chronic pain, that's what they said it was. Within 2 sessions, Doc figured out that was not the case and got me on recovery exercises immediately. The pain in my arm that has been nagging me for almost 6 years is gone. Full mobility, well, I can't bend my arms as far as Doc but for me, that's full mobility. And I can make it through a round of golf and not be in pain for two + days after. This isn't even the best part of what he and his team did for me. Not only did I have pain in my arm, but I also had a very stubborn pony keg that was hiding my 6 pack under it and for years I couldn't get rid of it. Doc had me sit with Walker and Tyler to go over an exercise and nutrition plan. Obviously, I was doing something wrong, so why not. Not only did they help me get through the holidays without gaining weight, but I also actually lost weight. Within 3 months I've lost over 20 pounds, got my energy back, replaced a ton of clothing that is now baggy or falling off, and my wife keeps staring at the definition in my stomach with a devilish grin. I hope you know what stare I'm talking about. If you don't, then you need to not run, but Superman speed your way to the Movement Lab today. It is a one stop recovery location. Chiropractic, nutrition, physical training, cold plunge and heat therapy are all services I have experienced there and recommend you do the same.
