My father use to come here so as anyone would of figured it would of been a great place to take my mother. She has fallen and had xrays ct scans the whole nine yards and still in horrible pain. So we decided to bring her here. Worst mistake ever. First walked in the entire crew was sitting down where you would check in, " yea... we are in a meeting right now and we can't help you". A second later a different woman comes out and says " what exactly can I do for you cause we aren't helping anyone right now we are at lunch until 2 so ". That was all that they needed to say as we glady walked out the door and was extremely shocked at how they just treated my mother and myself. I was planning on paying completely out of my own pocket seeing as she is my mother and she is my PRIORITY ALWAYS. I work my butt off so I am able to care for her and my 3 children. So this is beyond just rude. I do not recommend this place as it is now. A few years ago maybe. If you were at lunch then you would think they would lock the front door and if there were a meeting the front check in desk doesn't look professional at all. I hope everyone who considers this place will read the current reviews and read with the perspective as if it were your own mother who is desperately needing relief from this pain. She is clearly unable to even turn her neck it took all she had to get out of the car and face those people. Only to have been treated like that

I am so excited to share my experience of Flowery Branch chiro's amazing service!! I am a life-long doubter in chiropractic therapy. I have refused to go literally only due to fear, until my pain from my neck to my hips became unbearable and my desire to be well overcame my fear. I was referred to Flowery Branch chiro by some of my friends, and I have not been disappointed a SINGLE visit!! The first visit I was welcomed with huge smiles and friendly communication from the front desk all the way up to their doctor's. They completed x-rays, allowed me to test out the TENS therapy optional add-on and discussed everything about my H&P. They found an old fracture in my spine, 11 different spinal issues, and majorly off hip structure....not to mention my neck that wouldn't even turn to the right at all! I was directed to a 6-week plan that was completely affordable and much less than I would pay to see many different specialists to diagnosis and treat my pain. Within two visits, while experiencing soreness like I had been to the gym for four hours a day, I was feeling my entire body getting back into shape. Dr. Luci started so conservatively and didn't even use manual manipulation until the third visit. I am forever and ever thankful I gave this chiro journey a chance and I recommend it to any and all who are giving this practice consideration. Thank you to Dr. Luci, the front desk lovely women, and all who have touched my life at their office over the past couple weeks! HUGE PLUS! They have a children's area for your independent babies so that you can fully relax while being treated! A+++++!!!

Great doctors and did a great job during my pregnancy. Reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because be prepared to wait a minimum 15-20 minutes after your appointment time. I live 7 minutes from this office and usually it’s an hour before I get back home after everything. And I also felt they tried to market to you way too much and pressure you into keep doing the program/chriplopractor in the future (making you watch videos and etc). I understand the benefits of chiropractic, but don’t need to be reminded at every single appointment

It’s always a great feeling to have my spine aligned correctly. It’s amazing as to what a difference this makes. One doesn’t realize until it’s corrected how even such a small misalignment can affect the walking and the general overall posture. I am so thankful for Dr. Tanya for her monitoring of my spine. It has had a major adjustment over the past year or longer.

I Love this place. Dr Christopher Smith has done an outstanding job of helping me get back to feeling myself. I've seen him about 20 times now at least that's what my insurance says 🙂 I highly recommend him for adjustments. He's very knowledgeable and he can go in gentle and he can really work me when I'm stuck in that frozen stage. I truly appreciate his services.
