I came in from an accident I was involved in. My car flipped 4 times. I walked away with glass in my ear however I was pretty banged up. Premier took their time offered all of the options they had to get me back as normal as possible. 3-4 months later I'm good to go. I also missed a couple visits they were so flexible they fitted me in on the next available time slot. Overall experience was awesome. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Djae
