Kay is just as effective without the jerking, sudden twist-and-crack moves that all other chiropractors I've been to do. No weird 5 minutes laying on a fancy mechanical back "relaxing" table. Simple, effective, and gentle.

I have been going to Dr Kay for a few years now. She is so amazing, she is gentle and effective. Works with the body for adjustments vs forcing it and takes the time to get it right.
