They are the best chiropractic care. Their dual approach with the deep tissue and then the adjustment you get the most out of your adjustments and Sabrina is awesome we drive 40 minutes just to go there because there is no chiropractor in Indianapolis that I could find that compares to Dr Curtis.

First of all, I do not want to leave this review. The quality of care was phenomenal at my first appointment, but because of how poor the office staff were on my second appointment, this review has to be left. I drove 40 minutes from Nashville to make it to my appointment. Out of our control, we go stuck behind slow traffic on 252. I showed up to my appointment 7 minutes late. Every doctors office I go to runs behind, so I was thinking that I would be fine. That and the fact that I waited 40 minutes past my original appointment time to be seen at my first appointment. So I was wrong. I was told after arriving that I would not be seen. I was told that the policy was if you are 5 minutes over your appointment time, you would not be seen. I was told this was standard in the medical field and that I should have just known. Additionally, I was not notified of this policy prior in any of the reminders I received from the office about my upcoming appointment. That was the case until I looked through my notification messages for my first appointment that says you have a 10 minute buffer and if you couldn't make it then you may be asked to reschedule. Apparently, the office staff doesn't even know their own policy if that's the case. I was really looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Curtis regardless of the wait time of my first appointment. He knows his stuff, communicates very well to his patients of diagnoses, and provides reassurance along the way. Unfortunately, because of this absolutely ridiculous experience, I cannot return. Dr. Curtis if you are reading this and would like to make this right, give me a call, otherwise you lost a patient.

The wait time for my appointment was really long. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am but it was about 12:05 before I was seen. Other than that, my experience was great. Dr. Curtis was so kind and understanding. He explained everything to me before he did it and during. I left the office feeling great.
