My grandmother came here for physical therapy and had a terrible experience experience. The doctor gave my grandmother not even 2 minutes of a handheld massage gun up her back, to the side, and down her back, and said “we’re done”. He tried to also have her sit on a table with a dirty sheet on it from the LAST PATIENT. And when she wouldn’t sit on it, he asked why and she said because the sheet hasn’t been changed and the table hasn’t been cleaned. He was acting like he was inconvenienced by having to do his job so he halfway did it. Then, the assistant was no better, he was angry to be at work. Nobody here wants to help, they just want a paycheck.
