This was one of the best appointments I have had. The doctor was super thorough and intuitive. She could literally feel the problem areas. She adjusted my shoulders, hips, ribs, spine, jaw all of it. I have been able to sit much better with no pinching and honestly the ribs feel way better too. I am a girls girl and I love a female chiro, especially one that excells at her craft.

Ozark Chiropractic Clinic provided an exceptional level of care. I came in with acute mid-thoracic pain with thoracic paraspinal muscle spasm/tightness and restricted thoracic range of motion, and I was seen immediately upon arrival—there was truly no wasted time. The clinical flow was organized, efficient, and clearly doctor-led. Initial therapy included TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) applied directly to the most painful areas, which provided immediate relief. Dr. Aucoin then performed a thorough evaluation, clearly explained his findings, and walked me through the plan of care. What stood out was the level of communication: he explained the techniques in advance and specifically reviewed how and why each therapy and technique was being performed, including what I should feel and what the goals were for each step. Treatment included an adjustment followed by dry needling and cupping therapy to address the involved musculature and reduce pain and spasm. Risks/benefits and expected sensations were reviewed before needling/cupping, and my comfort was checked throughout. A massage therapist then worked the involved areas to further decrease soft-tissue tension and improve mobility. I also appreciated that my cervical (neck) and lumbar (low back) regions were assessed to support overall spinal function and longer-term relief—not just the immediate complaint. The staff was coordinated and attentive, and I was never left without clear instruction on what was happening next. My pain improved from 8/10 on arrival to 2/10 when leaving, and I could rotate/extend more and drive/work comfortably afterward. I left with a clearly explained plan of care, including home-care instructions, stretching, ice/heat guidance, and a follow-up recommendation—and they made sure I understood aftercare and when to return sooner if symptoms worsened. They ensured I left feeling comfortable and well-supported. From the receptionist to every staff member I interacted with, everyone was professional and genuinely caring. As someone familiar with chiropractic office standards, I can confidently say this clinic operates with a high level of clinical professionalism and patient-centered care. I highly recommend Ozark Chiropractic Clinic, especially for anyone seeking prompt, comprehensive relief for acute pain.

This my companion email but I was referred to Ozark chiropractic in Baton Rouge on Wooddale blvd. Everyone there has a Very Unique way of dealing with you individually. I went in confused and hurt.
