I had such a great experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, Carolyn at the front desk made me feel welcome—she’s so kind, patient, and truly goes out of her way to help with scheduling and questions. Both chiropractors, Dr. Kross and Dr. John, are fantastic. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor the adjustments to what you actually need instead of rushing through. I felt cared for, not just like another appointment on the schedule. The office has a very warm, friendly atmosphere, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Guillory is amazing!!! I’ve been seeing him since childhood and I don’t ever plan on stopping. He’s so trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I really appreciate the calming atmosphere that has been so well cultivated at both of his office locations.
