Johnathan himself is wonderful. His receptionist on the other hand is very unprofessional and should be ashamed of herself and how she talks to and works with his clients. From day 1 she was ugly and rude I thought it was just with me but nope multiple people that I work with said she was rude and ugly to them as well. It’s sad how nobody has reported her or even commented on her actions. I’ll never use them again. Actually got them to drop me just so I wouldn’t have to deal with her rude attitude everytime I had to reschedule etc.

Made an new patient appt a week out, took off of work and cancelled other plans. When I show up for my appt time, the doctor is out of the office for the next 3-4 days with no firm idea when he will return. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time coming here. Go somewhere that values their patients time.

Dr. Karnes has an excellent bedside manner. He lets you know everything that's going on as it's happening. Very down to earth & compassionate. I'm so glad that he was the chiropractor that our attorney that our attorney chose.
