Below is the original post, which I am revising to 5 stars now because the office fixed the problem and I appreciate the effort. I’m giving 3 stars is not because of the actual treatment, Dr. Romero has been wonderful. The reason I am giving 3 stars is after several visits I was told by my insurance that I still owed a lot more after my copayments upfront because apparently the office did not know my insurance plan was not in network. However, they did have my insurance card on file and I asked to confirm whether or not they take my plan not twice but three times. My advice is do not rely on what the office tells you in regard of the insurance, go through with your insurance company instead!
