If you read the reviews They get a 3 for many reasons One they don't value your time you can be there 10 mins early and your in on there time but there time. Even if no one's booked. Today I had a 10 am appointment waited until 10:14 that's not cool value my time. Also not to mention that there treatment notes are inaccurate. Make sure you check your notes because they don't always write down what you tell them to include treatment history and meds . There not very forceful or won't offer other techniques sad. so a lot of times I feel like my wife can do a better job. if these issues continues for them being late I will find another provider. who can be more value of my time when I show up 15 minutes early and I'm 15 minutes past my appointment when there's no double booking or no one showing up and this happened three times in a row there's a problem. Again if you read your reviews now you know.

They were helpful physically, and had a kind staff, but ended up trying to rob me of thousands of dollars. During my first appointment I made very clear I could not afford them unless my insurance covered it, and they ran it and said that they did, so I saw them for several months, paying the leftover fee. One day, I came in and they told me that a pst employee had run my insurance incorrectly, and I actually owed them 6000 dollars for all of my services over the past. One of the administrative clerks with rainbow hair went to bat for me, bless her heart, and they ended up reducing the amount I owed to 600, which I paid in a few installments, and promptly never went back. I was ready to write us off as a one time mistake, but this past few months I’ve spoken to two other people they’ve done this too. That speaks to a pattern, and honestly makes me wish I had taken legal action. Unless you’re willing to give your savings to them on a whim, I would go to a different chiropractor.

I just started going here for a long history of back issues. I was educated about the benefits of Chiropractic care and must say was very eager to begin my treatment. Nerves will always get the best of you before any sort of adjustment but the providers make sure to explain everything they will be doing and why. The office is very clean and the staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

Sadly I have a review similar to somebody else's. Whilst the people and the place were wonderful, I have to question whether the treatment was appropriate for my case. The understanding from subsequent practitioners is that significant adjustments (at that time) have worsened the condition. This has resulted in me still having significant issues 4 months after having visited Hoyt. The place is great, but considering the outcome, I find it hard to rate it positively.
