I just had a great experience with Dr. Silva at Level Up Spine Care and Rehab in Deale today. I haven’t been to a chiropractor in many many years. Dr. Silva and his assistant did a thorough analysis of my medical and mental history, as well as my areas of concerns. They both were also very personable and made sure I was comfortable and not in any extra pain from what they were doing. Dr. Silva is fantastic at what he does! He brings a high level of skill to chiropractics and every adjustment is done with care. He takes the time to ask how you are feeling at every appointment, in case a new problem area needs to be addressed and to make sure he is not over adjusting areas that may not need it. Beyond adjustments Dr. Silva offers helpful stretches and exercises that can be done to strengthen and improve areas of concern. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Enid is often at the front desk and she is always delightful. Everyone that walks in their doors is treated with care and respect.
