I've been seeing Newman Chiropractic for about two months now and the results I am getting are phenomenal. I ve experienced painful compression fractures of my Spine for many years now and have tried many avenues for treatment. I'm getting my best results here. JDr. Newman consulted with me, listened to my concerns took xrays and put together a plan of treatment which includes Laser, Shock & Manipulation ( using what i term "the gun") and exercise that is working perfectly for me. I started going to Dr Jeff when my old chiropractor hurt himself and could no longer manually manipulate me. I have trauma so at first, I was very hesitant with Dr Jeff, especially with the abrupt change in chiropractors but Dr Jeff was extraordinarily patient with me. If I felt triggered, I was able to communicate that with him and he listened, validated and asked me what I needed to feel safe. He thanked me for sharing my needs and then met them. I have been in chiropractic care for 5 + years before Dr Jeff, never making it past a week without being in extreme pain. I felt that I hit a plateau where I wasn’t going to get better and would be in their care the rest of my life. Dr Jeff was different in the best way. He educated me on why my body was responding the way it was and included exercises for me to do (using an app) to help stabilize my lower back and hips. My pain has lifted and my spine is stabilizing in ways I never imagined. I now have hope that in the future I will only need maintenance adjustments instead of constant acute care.
