I had an amazing experience at Aligna Chiropractic with Elias! I went in because I work out regularly and my back tends to get tight and tense. Elias took the time to do a thorough consultation before starting anything which made me feel very comfortable. The adjustment felt great and I left feeling more aligned and noticeably more loose and tight. The stretches he showed me were genuinely helpful and easy to follow. My overall experience was amazing! The office was super clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and the whole visit felt professional from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about making patients feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I highly recommend if you’re dealing with tightness, tension anywhere, or just want to feel better overall.

Dr. Elias was a godsend recommendation from my previous massage therapist. I moved further south about a year ago and was struggling to find a therapist who would tailor my massage, instead of giving me the same generic massage. Dr. Elias is super knowledgeable and skilled! He focused on my neck, shoulders and upper back because that's where I hold all my stress. He's also a chiropractor so you can get an adjustment. The adjustment afterwards really took it to the next level. I left feeling so renewed and like an elephant had been lifted off my shoulders. He also suggested some stretches to help with my upper back issues. I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone who is skilled, understands the body and listens to your needs!!
