Dr. Chrisi is incredible! She supported me through my pregnancy, even came to my house for an adjustment while I was in labor, and now sees my newborn. After 5 days without a poop, he went less than an hour after his adjustment with her. She’s caring, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chrisi is a wealth of knowledge with firsthand experience as a both as a midwife and a mother herself, which makes her an expert compassionate listener with very educated and real-life applicable advice (especially for all things pregnancy, motherhood, and infant support!). Her perspective comes from a whole-person approach, to support both the body and the nervous system. The space has a cozy, boutique vibe while still being comfortable, welcoming, and baby-proofed for children and families to play and feel at home. As a postpartum doula and lifelong childcare worker, it is very important to me to have an ultra-specialized referral to support my clients with all things perinatal health, and to support their newborns with everything from reflux and gas to tension from birth and fetal positioning. Chrisi is my trusted resource, and will be my go-to source for chiro for my own family someday!

I had my first chiropractor appointment with Dr. Chrisi today and from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so calm and inviting. She really takes her time with you, explains everything she’ll be doing, and is incredibly gentle. I appreciated that she even gave me the choice between a traditional hands-on adjustment or using an instrument, which made me feel very comfortable. As someone who has been postpartum for years, I can’t help but wish I had someone like her throughout my pregnancy and after to help with the pain and all the changes your body goes through. Highly recommend! I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I started going here in my first trimester as I had horrible back pain. Within a few weeks of coming here, I was able to move around again and sleep! I’ve never been to a chiropractor before, but our first appointment put me at ease as everything was explained well. I have continued to go here and get adjusted throughout the whole pregnancy and it has been awesome. She always answers all my questions, is very knowledgeable, and puts me at ease. It is a mom and kid friendly space that is very welcoming and clean. I feel at home and I can bring my kids to play while I’m being adjusted. If you’re on the fence, for sure try it out. It has made a huge difference!
