When I first came to Chiropractic Physician Center of Tupelo in November, I was dealing with a bulging cervical disc, a pinched nerve in my cervical spine, with pain radiating down to my fingers. I couldn’t sleep unless I put my arm above my head, couldn’t sleep on my side, and there were so many things I physically couldn’t do. I couldn’t go to the gym and get a "good" workout session. I couldn’t even lift 5-lb weights. Shoulder presses were impossible. People don’t realize how much chronic pain impacts you mentally, not just physically. It wears you down. Dr. Mackey took time to explain everything clearly and honestly. He told me, “If you trust the process and do your part, we’ll do ours.” And that’s exactly what happened. From the front desk to the back staff to the therapists, everyone is professional, patient, and genuinely caring. You don’t feel rushed here. You feel supported. This is a process, and it does require consistency. I also did A2M therapy. I started treatment in November, and within three weeks, I noticed improvement in my pain. Three months later, my pain is gone. I’m back in the gym, lifting heavier weights, getting solid workouts in, and sleeping well again in normal positions. Initially, I started easing back into workouts a couple of weeks into treatment, and now I’m back to full workouts. I drive an hour and a half each way to come here, and it is 100% worth the drive. You cannot put a price on your health. I chose this route because I didn’t want steroid injections and I absolutely did not want fusion surgery (which is what the spine doctor recommended). I am so grateful I was referred here, and I’m looking forward to my six months completion and being healed. If you’re in pain and feeling stuck, don’t give up on yourself. This place is worth it.

Absolutely hands down the best Chiropractic Clinic in North Mississippi. Dr. Mackey and his team took care of my pain with ease and efficiency. Never once did I feel like I was slowing them down with my limited mobility. 10/10
