I came to Dr. Pardun with sever pain and discomfort in my middle and upper back into my neck due to a car accident from a few years previously and an extended backpacking expedition. Within just a few short months of regular visits and completing the stretches and exercises that Dr. Pardun recommended I was seeing significant improvement. Fast forward to a year after I started seeing him and I'm back to a much more normal state without the daily pain. I truly believe in chiropractic.
