I was so hopeful for Align but unfortunately, their disorganization has caused me to go somewhere else. They are too under staffed and over booked right now to make me feel like im getting appropriate care. I went to my first appointment at the Elm clinic. They then set me up with 20 appointments with a different provider and at a different site off Truman. The doctor I saw and who diagnosed me's schedule was too full. They were short a doctor. Ok, I made that work..no biggie. Then went to my first appointment at the Truman clinic and the front desk forgot to check me in after taking my name. I had to have my mom go pick my daughter up from after school care because my appointment was 45 minutes late. Then I was put into the stem bay and forgot about again. I sat there for 10 minutes until I was hooked up to a machine. During my appointment, I asked Dr Andrew if I could take a picture of my x-ray to show my GP the scoliosis curve I am suffering from. He offered for them to burn me a CD. I said "cool". He asked me which clinic I wanted to pick it up from. I said Truman because I live out that way and Ill grab it the night before my appointment. That was on a Thursday. Come Monday night, I go to pick up my CD with the X rays on them. They weren't ready when I arrived at 5:00pm, so I gave the front desk my name and she went to go burn my CD. I waited 15 minutes because she was busy on the phone getting insurance approval for a patient. I grabbed the CD and went home. The next day was my GP appointment at noon. That morning, I grab the CD to put in my purse and it has someone else's name and DOB on it. These weren't my x rays. They belonged to a different patient. At 830 am, I call Align Chiropractor on Truman and spoke with Pam. She said she has my CD in front of her and apologized for all the inconveniences. She asked if I could come grab the CD before my doctor appointment. I take an extra half hour of PTO from work,run over to the Truman clinic to grab the CD and guess what? Its not there. Its at the Elm clinic. I can not have someone I am paying money to help me with a painful condition causing a disruption in my schedule so many times. I hope they get some additional help on board because I felt like I was just a number to them and I will be finding a new chiropractic office.

We as enitre family have being using Align Chiropractic for several years now. Dr Johns is amazing! He does a great job talking about that is going on and how to improve and make your body feel better. I can ask him about how to do proper lifting techiniques! This staff if so nice and accommodating! My daughter got injuried in practice, since it was a dislocation we stopped by their office first. Erica was amazing, so sweet and helped as much as she could to make my daughter feel comfortable and taking Xrays. When they figured out the disloction she had they couldn't take care of Erika called the ER and even sent us with disk of xray. The next day she called to see how she was going.

Align has been the best chiropractic office I have been to. They have an amazing staff that is always willing to answer any questions in greats amount of detail. Chiropractic visits can be expensive, but Align’s prices are always affordable no matter what insurance you have. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a not to great experience with align. I got coaxed into make an appointment with them as it was discounted to $40 for a correction and X-rays and I paid at the time of making this appointment . Once I got to the first appointment only thing that happened was him asking me about what problems I have which I explained nothing severe just minor things. He took X-rays and sent me on to way. I came back for a follow up appointment where they gave me an alignment and then he made a plan on what I need to do. The plan was about 18 appointments at $50 per app. I explained that I could not afford that and would like to not follow through with those appointments. He then told me basically I had no choice because he already scheduled them for me (without my knowledge) and that to cancel I would have to call them and cancel at a later date. So after the appointment was over I paid the $50 and the next day tried canceling.. which they would not let me do. I told a coworker about this and they actually called for me and had them cancel them for me because they would not listen to me. So this was all back in April of this year 2024. Ever since this they have been asking me to pay them $20 saying I owe them for my spine correction which is false information because I paid DAY OF which is what they require you to do. I owe them nothing yet somehow I magically owe them $20. I just want left alone!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They are very pushy and persistent. Make you very uncomfortable.

My experience with Align has been positive. When I first came to the office I could barely walk without being in excruciating pain. My back was stiff and I had muscle spasms. I couldn’t stand for long periods of time. Plus I had sciatic nerve issues. Since coming to Align I have regained strength and I am able to enjoy my life again. Thank you Align Chiropractic for helping me regain my life back.
