We recently used Dr. Sonia’s office for lab draws for my kiddo. They did such a wonderful job making the experience kid friendly. We were in a comforting and kid friendly room, they explained to him what was going to happen in a way that he could understand, I was able to sit on the table with him and provide some safety in a moment that felt unsafe for him. They took their time before, during, and after the blood draw to allow him playful moments that he needed. He even gave them hugs after it was all done and told them thank you!! We are appreciative of you all and the love and knowledge you bring to the community.
