Dr. Kyle Basch is awesome!! He doesn't try to make you come back every week like other chiropractor's tend to do, just say's come back when you need us! He is super nice, fast, professional, and fixes me every time! Abby is fantastic too, always tries to get me in same-day. Love this place :)

I had been told by several doctors who didn't listen that I would need shoulder surgery and so many things and no one listened that it was my back. I gave up one day, at the end of my rope and searched for a highly reviewed chiropractor. I could barely walk, i had been up all night crying in pain and screaming so much i had lost my voice....This had been going on for about 6 months, and nothing was working... steroids, pain killers, anti inflammatory... nothing. and no doctor was listening and i just had this feeling it was my back. So i decided to follow my gut and I took the day off and called as soon as they opened, they got me in about half an hour later, i started to explain the same story of symptoms i had told all my doctors, and they finished my story for me. explaining the pain in detail that i had been explaining to the doctors for months! Touched my back and immediately saw the swelling, and explained exactly how to fix it. And he was comfortable to adjust me the same day seeing as i had an xray that was cleared a few weeks prior. There was immediate relief. I was sore after, but it was a completely different sore. It quite literally changed my life. I was only in that office maybe 15 minutes that first appointment, and it literally was such an AMAZING experience. Not only did this office listen to me and my concerns and explain EVERYTHING, and make me feel SUPER comfortable... something my doctors couldn't even do!!!! But!!! They had great recommendations to avoid making it worse, as well as suggestions on when to come in... and how often to keep it up. But above and beyond all, every time i call, I'm always anticipating like other offices it might be a few days or they may not have a spot available, but they ALWAYS work with me and every single time have gotten me in the same day. Which i think in this business of relieving pain, they are providing such amazing service. Seriously, just can't say enough good things about these guys. Above and beyond all expectations. just love them. I will never go anywhere else! I have been living about 4 months now pain free!

Dr. Spencer is amazing and worked wonders on my back pain after a car accident. He even relieved back pain I've had for 10 years! If you're looking for a Chiropractor in the northland, this is the office to go to. His staff is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable.
