Had an appointment and was faced with a set of extenuating circumstances beyond my control which required me to have to reschedule my appointment on 2 occasions and then I ultimately had to cancel my appointment. Receptionist on phone informed me that if I should call to reschedule and then have to cancel once again that they would refer me to another doctor. Receptionist was not at all interested in any extenuating circumstances as to why I rescheduled my appointment and then had to cancel. She just rudely hung up on me as I was attempting to explain myself. Very rude!! What has happened to customer service and genuine hospitality??!! The receptionist staff is shoddy!! Don't worry about me calling back to reschedule with your office!!

Top notch facility. Super nice staff. I didn't feel rushed when talking with the doctor. He listened, answered questions thoroughly and we came up with a treatment plan. We talked about some uncomfortable things... but for the first time in a long time... I wasn't uncomfortable discussing it with him. So, he made me very at ease with difficult topics and that's awesome!

So grateful to both Dr. Boucher and Maison Bovard! For months I was struggling with 3-4 migraines a week and had received zero help from both my primary care and OB... it was so refreshing to finally talk to professionals who not only listened but genuinely cared about my needs and wanted to help find answers to what was going on and implement relief! They are so knowledgeable as well and you can tell they truly do enjoy what they do. This whole crew is an amazing group of individuals. They are polite and happy. The place is clean. You don't sit around forever waiting for services. I see Dr. Crawford and I would definitely recommend him! A really nice guy that gets the job done. I'd give them 10 🌟 if it didn't only go to a 5 🌟.
