I went to this office for several appointments, hoping to clear up some hip pain that had been troubling me for years and had gotten worse in the last few months. I had the feeling that I was sort of being milked for appointments. I would be adjusted (slightly, and only on one side), and then told to stretch, stretch, stretch. It didn't really get better, in fact, some days were even worse. This was for 4 or 5 appointments spanning 2 months. Then, a few months later, I went to a Physical Therapist via recommendation from my friend. I was still in tremendous pain from day to day. I followed the PT's (a doctor) plan and started to get relief. Fast forward two months, I'm completely out of pain and strengthened to a point I can run again. 8 miles this week! My suggestion is to really understand why you're going to the chiro vs. a PT who can get you strengthened, & graduated out. I would mark as 1 star, but the staff are super friendly. I truly believe my condition got worse, and I paid $$$ for that.

I have been seeing Dr. Williams at the West end location. He and all the staff i’ve interacted with are amazing. If ever i needed to reschedule, they were super accommodating and very helpful. They got me rescheduled for later that day once! All staff are very friendly and genuinely care for you. Dr. Williams wants to see your improvement, unlike general big medicine who sees you as a customer and wants you to stay sick! I feel that Dr. Williams has really helped me to feel better and would definitely recommend him!

We highly recommend Chiropractic First. Jordan Williams has been working with me on some postural restoration and it's been a game changer. Very knowledgeable and also very positive. He also saw our six year old with some congestion and ear aches and got her cleared up in one visit with some suggestions to help with at home follow up as well. Very grateful for his approach to treatment!

Highly recommend Dr. Jordan Williams. I have been to multiple chiropractors over the years and most were good but Dr. Williams is awesome! His level of service and knowledge is terrific. All of the staff I have come into contact with have been great. When I first went to see him I couldn't bend over and tie my shoes due to a lower back injury. Now I go and see him once a month or as needed as a part of my fitness/health routine.
