I finally pull the string and went to a chiropractor. My knee was hurting badly from sciatica, and not wanting to go thru a doctor who is only going to give me pain meds. I went to see Dr. Vandolah for 2 sessions this week and wow! my sciatica is going away and my knee is feeling way better. he did my upper back and it is feeling way better as well. I highly recommend any one who struggles with going to a chiropractor like I was to give him a chance, it really works and promotes your body to heal itself.
