I was having extreme pain in my hips and lower back that was severely impacting my ability to do much for the better part of a year. I tried many things to alleviate the pain but nothing was working. Finally I saw Dr Connor here and he helped me so much. After 8 weeks I am sleeping better, walking and working more, and generally not existing in pain. I am very grateful ☺️

I see a therapist there and, unfortunately, I had a LOT of issues with the receptionist at minimum. I need to get on medication and was told id receive a referral to someone, and was warned they may not take new patients, which is fine. I called about 3x in a MONTH to NOT be given any updates or be told theyre not taking patients. Next appointment they tell me, which is too long frankly, and told to go somewhere else. I'm told I'll be texted from the receptionist that information again. I give the benefit of the doubt. About a week goes by, nothing. I call twice the next week, told they have to ask her BOTH times as they dont know, an we come to about a week and a half later (2 1/2 total) and my appointment was today and I still haven't been told. And now, today, I call TWICE to say the app they have for telehealth isnt working, no one answered, I texted after 15 min (the appointment is an HOUR) to get some help on it and I'm told that shes cancelling my appointment and I need to reschedule. I did what I was supposed to in order to communicate I was having issues and no one answered. This facility has MAJOR issues, especially when you're not doing your job and a patient has expressed they're having self harm issues?? I even gave 3 to 4 chances really on the communication and follow up here. Until that's fixed, I really wouldnt come here for therapy. And I'm disappointed because there were SUCH great reviews??

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! I was recommended to come here by a friend, and it was the best recommendation I have received in the Papillion area! After not having been seen for years, due to a pregnancy and two moves, I was completely out of whack.... I knew I needed to do something, but I didn't know where to go or where to turn for good Chiropractic care. Look no further! Dr. Craig is outstanding, he is extremely knowledgeable, his adjustments are thorough and complete, and I literally feel like a million dollars walking out of there. In just a few appointments, I feel like a completely new person. After the first appointment I already felt like I was walking taller and everything was back to baseline, but I have just felt better and better after each appointment! What I love most is that he explains and goes over everything. It feels like overall I'm getting my body completely back, which I did not even think was possible! On top of that, their office is so well-organized and professional, everyone is friendly, the place is always immaculate, and they are so efficient with appointments. If you show up on time, you are in and out in 5 minutes plus the adjustment. I can literally schedule and know that I will be reliably seen and taking care of, and will be able to continue on with my day with limited interruption! I am so impressed, they run so smoothly! I have also seen Dr. Connor, and he is very very knowledgeable, and very gentle for those who may want a more gentle adjustment, or who may be nervous about chiropractic! Though he is gentle, his adjustments are also deep and thorough, and I really enjoyed my appointments with him as well!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AND TEAM!!! THANK YOU for helping me get my life back!
