I hadn’t slept through the night for years and just had the best sleep I’ve had in so long. Dr Rodgers is working on getting me out of pain, while also teaching me how to decompress my spine while at home with the goal of me really only needing to come in for maintenance. Exactly how chiropractor’s should operate - super happy I found him! I also really liked the consultation process because I knew what his approach would be and he set expectations on what my journey would look like in the short and long term.
