I have experienced back problems for years and Dr. Van Vorst is who I see for pain relief. 2 years ago I fell down stairs, landing on my back. X-rays showed no fractures, and ortho visits did nothing to relieve the debilitating pain. Dr. Van Vorst began treating me, reduced my pain, strengthened my core, and improved my balance. It wasn't an instant fix, but it has been long-lasting, and I remain pain-free. I highly recommend him.

Before my child was two she “needed” 3 procedures done to help her chronic ear and sinus infections. They were so bad and got worse after surgery. 4 1/2 months of an ear infection that would not go away, FIVE oral antibiotics and two ear drops - nothing worked. Then she was getting bi-weekly shots of antibiotics and steroids just to “maintain” the symptoms. A coworker suggested seeing a chiropractor, she recommended Dr. Van Vorst. All the doctors told me “don’t waste your money, it doesn’t really work”. Well let me tell you - THEY ARE WRONG!!! Dr. Van Vorst has changed our lives. My baby had multiple weekly appointments, invasive testing and countless rounds of medication. She actively had an ear infection at our first visit - two days later it was completely gone. THREE WEEKS later (one an appointment a week with Dr Van Vorst) and she has not had a single sign of an ear infection or even a runny nose! We have stopped ALL medication (something she was on daily!) and still NO EAR INFECTIONS. Her doctors were suggesting another surgery (she is only 2 1/2) and after the first one which brought horrible post op complications (aspirated which caused pneumonia) we did not want her to go through that again. And because of Dr. Van Vorst she won’t need it! He is truly amazing and listened to every concern I had. My baby, who has always been so sick, is a happy and playful little girl now BECAUSE OF HIM!!! If your child suffers from reoccurring ear infections - consider seeing Dr. Van Vorst before surgery. I wish I did for my child, I wish I didn’t listen to the ENT who told me I would be wasting my time and money, they were SO WRONG! He has given my daughter a normal and healthy life. I can not thank him and his AMAZING staff enough! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR VAN VORST!! 5 stars is not enough to tell you how amazing he is and the results speak for themselves!!

Straightforward, Realistic, a Fierce Advocate I have seen Dr. VanVorst for nearly 30 years for a myriad of things: from neck and muscle tightness, to herniated discs, to routine care during pregnancy. With my most recent issue, Dr. VanVorst was a fierce advocate, and a sense of calm and reassurance during a scary time. His knowledge of my history was and will continue to be paramount during my treatment and recovery. No hesitations in recommending Dr. VanVorst’s care to anyone (and the office staff is wonderful too).

I've been seen here for over a year after my car accident, and the staff is amazing! From Mindy, the office coordinator and the crew who are awesome, to the doctor's, Douglas Van Vorst, and Lanae Vroegindewey. They are all wonderful and make you feel at home. I recommend them highly. Every visit I've had, I've felt relieved. They understand stand limits and really listen to patient needs.
