I am not exaggerating when I state that Dr. Silverman changed my life. I suffered from intermittent lower back pain and spasms for decades before seeking treatment from Dr. Silverman. Through Active Release Technique (ART) and other treatments, my back issues were remedied after two appointments. I make an appointment anytime I have an injury from overdoing it when training, and I always leave Dr. Silverman's office feeling as good as new. I have been to many chiropractors over the past 15 years, and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Silverman is by far one of the very best. He is very knowledgeable in specialized treatments for sports injuries that enable you to return to activities pretty quickly, he also has a unique understanding and connection with diet and nutrition. I bring my 18 YO son to him who is a serious basketball player, who plays 30+ hours per a week, and Dr. Silverman plays a significant role in keeping him on the court when my son is in town. I did the 10 day detox with him and lost almost 8 lbs in that time. In addition, he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. As I said, he is by far, one of the best!
