Dr. Nell began treating me 6 months ago for chronic neck related pain and mobility issues. It was affecting my everyday life and I thought I would just have to live with it and accept my inability to exercise and do things I enjoyed. A coworker highly recommended Dr. Nell based on her recovery from serious spine issues. I thought about it for months because I was worried about being treated by a chiropractor. I decided to give it a try when my neck was making a crackle noise and i couldn’t extend my arm without discomfort. I wish I had gone to Dr. Nell sooner!! The relief I have is incredible. My mobility has improved and the crackle noises are nearly gone. Most of all, my trapezius muscles are not in a constant state of spasm. This was perhaps the worst part of my discomfort. For years I thought I had tight muscles and that massages and physical therapy were what I needed. WRONG! Based on x-rays and observation, Dr. Nell made her diagnosis and has been adjusting me twice per week. Also, I am following her suggestions for healthier aging and gut function. I have lost 10 lbs, without even trying - seriously. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nell. She CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS!! I hope this review is helpful in your decision to see Dr.Nell. Dr. Nell genuinely cares in helping her patients improve their overall health. During my initial consultation Dr. Nell took the time to ask many questions and attentively listen. This is a practice I have rarely seen in the healthcare system. She did a thorough health evaluation and in this manner was able to assess and is now addressing my overall health concerns: spine, GI tract and diabetes. I first came to Dr. Nell because of extreme pain that was shooting down my arms. It turn out to be a pinched nerve in my neck area. After several adjustments and applying self care advice that I received from her, I have found tremendous relief and no continuing pain. In addition to this, Dr. Nell has greatly helped with a GI tract issue I’ve been having for the past five years. By following her advice on nutrition, lifestyle and taking the right probiotic supplements, I can attest that my symptoms have significantly improved. I have previously seen several other practitioners and none were addressing the root cause of my recurring GI tract problem. Dr. Nell is doing just that and this issue is on it’s way to getting resolved. Dr. Nell is also providing sound advice on lowering my glucose, avoiding glucose spikes and improving my overall health. This is so much more than what I initially came for. I am so grateful to have found a such caring practitioner!

As someone who has never visited a chiropractor, it was nerve wracking to have to do so for the first time while 8 months pregnant due to terrible SI joint pain that was causing me agonizing pain when standing or walking. I reached out to Dr. Nell's office after seeing on her website that she treats pregnant women. Mere hours later I received a phone call from Dr. Nell herself to learn more about my pain. Admittedly, I was a true sceptic of chiropractic but had absolutely no choice due to the pain I was in. Dr Nell took the time to learn and consider all the things I was doing in every day life which was exasperating my injury and we came up with a plan that would minimize my issues going forward.This included regular adjustments. To my shock, I left my first appointment feeling so much better. After 4 or 5 appointments I was feeling 70% better and by the time I gave birth I had absolutely no pain at all. It allowed me to be able to spend the last couple of months soaking up quality time with my older son, pain free and also allowed me the birthing experience I wanted. Now, postpartum I still will continue to see Dr. Nell monthly. I am extremely grateful for the care I received and the friendly welcome I get every visit. Susan Z.

Dr. Nell is much more than just a chiropractor. She's an overall health advocate and guide. Upon our first visit she did a very thorough examination and had me get X-rays done so that we could both see what we're dealing with with my spine. She has helped me clean up my diet and refine my supplement regimen enabling me to become more healthy and vibrant. I've done a couple of cleanses that she recommended and felt amazing afterwards. I even upgraded my pillow for a better night's sleep and less issue with my shoulder and neck when I wake up. I'm grateful for Dr. Nell!

From my very first phone call with Warwick Valley Chiropractors, it has been a great experience! I had previously been going to another local chiropractor for 1 year and was very unhappy and I felt totally uncared about and after seeing Dr. Nell, I felt a world of difference! I injured my lower back while training for a marathon, just weeks before the race and I was scared I would not be able to run it. Dr. Nell took the time to really get to know me, my medical history and personal needs. She is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Not only does she address your spine, she works with you to improve your lifestyle, your daily movements, diet and overall health. She also goes in-depth with you to explain the issues she finds and explains the specific procedures/adjustments she is doing and how they will effect your body, which I so appreciate. Janine, her assistant, has been so wonderful as well! She is kind, so helpful and goes above and beyond. Dr. Nell was able to help me make vast overall improvements and I was able to run my race! I would recommend Dr. Nell over and over again!!
